Our Story
Exodus Contracting is a locally owned construction company founded by two brothers and their father. With decades of combined experience, our team brings a strong foundation of practical knowledge, disciplined execution, and respect for doing things the right way.
Foster and Griffin lead day-to-day operations, combining hands-on field leadership with clear communication and accountability. Jason is actively involved in project planning, field execution, and overall project management, contributing experience and additional leadership across jobsites.

Griffin Harrison
Griffin Harrison leads construction operations with a hands-on approach. A Hendersonville native, he’s been working in construction from a young age, developing expertise in field execution, quality control, and jobsite coordination.
Griffin ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and hunting, bringing the same focus and patience to his hobbies as he does to every jobsite.
Foster Phillips
Director of Operations
Foster Phillips is leads operations and business development. Raised in Hendersonville, Tennessee, he has been around construction from a young age and brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to every project.
At Exodus Contracting, Foster focuses on client relationships, project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling, helping ensure each project is clearly defined and executed with accountability from the start. When he’s not working, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and kids.
